  • Consulted with a small home builder who had a luxury inventory home on the market for over 800 days. Raised the price by $20,000, aggressively marketed the home, brought in the buyer, and had a firm contract in 26 days and closed in 11 days.
  • Aggressively prospected expired listings and for sale by owner homes. Listed and closed on numerous homes.
